Vaal and Vaal is a newly opened exclusive members club. It first began as a small salon a few years ago in Wolverhampton and the owners then came together to create this new Members club. Their future prospects are wonderful, focusing on individuality, creativity and bringing people together. Their newly opened club includes a Salon, a bar and networking area and from what I’ve heard, a photography studio. Behind the scenes are very mysterious and it really does add an element of excitement to this new place.
To celebrate the launch of the club, they held three evenings of separate launches. Thursday was their VIP Launch Event, Friday was the Exclusive Members Launch event and Saturday was the Grand opening and one and only general public launch Event.
I went to the Friday evening event with my plus one, my mum! – She’s the perfect company for an event like this hehe.
On arrival at this fantastic event, there was a small red carpet to add to the glow of this beautiful new club. It was so welcoming and I was so so chuffed to have been invited to celebrate the opening of it!
I brought my lovely Mum with me as a plus one and she was stunned at the pure wonder of this exclusive members clubs aesthetic and prospects.
It was an honour to be inside the walls of such a unique, creative and open space created by wonderful people with genuine passion.
When we first arrived, we were met with some lovely staff and security guards. They were welcoming, funny and were lovely to chat to before the event started.
Mum and I were the first ones to enter the room and were greeted with a free glass of champagne each which we took to our seats.
As more people flooded in, the seats were quickly being taken and the room was filling up creating a wonderful atmosphere of togetherness and safety.
Throughout the evening we had a lovely group sit with us that consisted of two separate lots of people. One were two lovely young college students and their family, and then a young couple. Most people I chatted to knew about Vaal & Vaal due to being previous customers of Harper, who treated them at the old salon.
It was amazing to hear the hopes and dreams of each and every one of the people I spoke to that evening. Aspiring artists, micro pigmentation artists, film directors, language teachers and many more. What a fantastic evening of sharing passions and learning from people from different backgrounds! I even got chatting to a lovely couple who were also Harpers Clients from the previous salon, and we spoke about Vaal & Vaals prospects and plans and admitted how fantastic the launch events are, with what they have brought to the table and the people who have attended.
I personally spoke to Harper (one of the owners) and told her how impressed I was by the event, the club and the overall atmosphere. She was so chuffed to hear and I could not have express how highly I thought of her and her team.
The room was fairly small and filled quickly with those who were invited. The service was fantastic, prices were reasonable and the canapés were delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and overall it was such a welcoming event filled with genuine people. The decor is outstanding with a very nature based theme which was a highlight for those ‘instagrammable’ selfies and pics! This definitely portrayed the companies prospects within those four walls, with the level of creativity and relaxed decor. It definitely seems the perfect setting for meetings, networking and any business matter small owners and creatives would like; I’d definitely see potential in personal future networking behind held here.
It was a pleasure to be part of this champagne reception and I hope to visit again in the future to see what they are doing as the months go by. It’s something that could really play a huge part in our community and I believe, places like Vaal & Vaal are going to help many people come together and create wonderful things. I see a bright future ahead and can’t wait to possibly be part of it!
