I've been so busy lately and anxious with things b

I've been so busy lately and anxious with things but I managed to have a chill afternoon with my lovely friend @isobelceline which has been so fab!

After a year of talking we finally met today and it's so wonderful to know there are amazing people online who can become incredible friends.

We enjoyed a little look around @primark - @primark.home have upped their game big time! 😍

We then ventured to @lushbirminghamspa where we loved seeing new Christmas products and even had a cheeky hand massage. We then enjoyed looking at the pumpkin products in @thebodyshop and headed to @thebotanistuk for some delicious lunch! (A reel will be coming soon)

Overall a lovely day with Isobel and one of many more to come.

Something really positive today was that I had a few compliments on my outfit which was sooo lovely! I struggle feeling nice so this really helped put a spring in my step

I've now just got home from Rainbows @girlguiding dressed as a witch hehe. Lots of fun but very sore feet now.

Lately I really have felt out of the game. Instagram going down actually made me take a deep breath of relief. I've been so busy that I've struggled to post at the right time so have left it and yet again I felt so guilty for not doing so. We really shouldn't feel like this about social media but when it's your job, it becomes something that makes it to the top on your list of priorities.

Whether you're a consumer or creator, be kind. Simple. Be kind to others because you don't know what is happening behind the scenes of that reel, video, story or post, or any other social media platform or format for that matter.

I've been exhausted mentally and physically. I'm now a rainbow's leader and musical theatre teacher on top of my EBE consultant post with the university, my MH advocacy and then my social media work too on top of caring for the three beasts, so I really do have a full plate.

If you take anything away from this post, take away the fact that you need a break and time to yourself 🖤☕

Oh and I'm casually rocking Lewis's glasses here for a change 🤓 And my cosy night shirt is from @primark
