Self care is so important and during this weird time the world is facing, our routines can be all messy and changed. With worry and days being confusing we can forget to practise self care so I wanted to remind you all that taking care of ourselves is so important! Now more than ever we should be focusing on self love and self care to help us keep healthy, positive and happy.
I find skin care to be the most wonderful thing to do when feeling down or anxious. It is a way to reconnect ourselves and have some down time alone. My perfect evening is to soak In the bath with a lovely glass of elderflower cordial, a face mask and hair mask on followed by a lovely thick moisturiser and then a green tea whilst reading a lovely book in bed.
I always feel so lovely after having a clean and pamper!
