Earlyish nights and feeling mentally awake call for a bit of reading πŸ“š I'm loving having @AmazonKindle on my phone. My current go to read on my phone is 'Under one roof' by Ali Hazelwood 😍

Lounas hair care gift guide | A very merry lockdown

Alongside the beauty gifts, I would highly recommend some hair products as gifts for those who love beauty and self care. I personally have asked for some hair care products this Christmas as I’ve recently changed colour and my hairs needs have changed since I’m now brunette. So I have asked for some leave in spray and also some brunette colour tones as I have ombre ends and I love to have different colours! So look no further, as here are some wonderful hair care gift ideas.

Hair accessories and electronic products

I’m sure we have all been there when I say we’ve received a hair dryer or styling electronic product like straighteners or curling tongs for our birthday or Christmas. They are a great gift for those who love to style their hair! It’s the kind of gift you will mostly buy yourself so it’s a lovely treat to receive. So here are some picks of accessories and electronics!

My go to hair care gifts are mostly from Superdrug! Click here to see their range of Electrical stylers and accessories!

Babyliss Smooth Radiance Collection Hair Brush Set – Β£15Β –Β This set is the perfect addition to a gift box for those who love everything hair! It includes an oval detangle brush, a paddle brush, a pintail comb and three hair slides. They are a beautiful rose gold colour and would be the perfect addition to their hair product collection.

Alike the Babyliss Hair brush set you can also find many branded or small independent businesses selling fun sets including brushes, styling products, head bands, scrunchies and much more. Another way to add some interest to any hair care or accessory products is by finding personalised ones on Etsy or Amazon!

I have loved buying myself some sets of scrunchies in all different prints and colours and think it’s a great way to add to a gift set for family or friends. You can find lovely colours based on their faves and it just acts as a little addition.Β

If you’re looking for more high end gifts then you could always look towards new product launches such as GHD. They have launched some new products that people are hugely hyping! There are so many influencers who have shared their experiences with them so it’s no wonder people are asking Santa for these products!

Hair colour and Condition

You can quite easily buy a gift set or make your own little set for your recipient based on their hair colour and needs. Here are some ideas!Β

For the blonde and silver hair:

Revolution hair tones for blondes – These are a great gift for the avid hair colour changer! They are hair dyes without the commitment so great for those who love to add a pop of colour to their blonde locks from time to time.Β

Flowerology Your best blonde set – This set is magnificent. Being a former blondie, I loved the blonde products Umberto Giannini offered including the purple hair mist that helped reduce brassiness. This is definitely one to look out for when keeping your blonde friends in mind.

For the brunettes and darker hair:

Revolution hair tones for brunettes – These are an awesome addition to a gift set for your darker haired gal or gent. Another commitment free dye for those who love bright colours. I actually asked Santa for these since becoming a brunette to match my natural colour.

Flowerology richest brunette set – Β This glorious set offers richness and colour enhancement to those beautiful brunettes. I have also asked Santa for this set since I now need some new products to care for my brunette locks!

For those in need of colour protection:

Revolution Hair care goji berry colour protect Shampoo and ConditionerΒ Β – These are a great gift for those in need of a protecting set of shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair. It offers protection to coloured or highlighted hair and also acts to help hair keep it’s colour and prevent fading.Β

Flowerology Rose drops vegan miracle mist – This is one of my all time favourite products. It’s simple, easy to use and provides hair of all colours with UV protection, hydration and colour protection. It smells incredible and offers instant hydration and shine.

For those with gorgeous curly hair:

Curl repair and grow kit – Perfect for those with curls in need of repair and care. This kit is full of nourishing ingredients perfect for those with a head of glorious curls in need of taming or setting free to do as they please!

Coily Curls moisture – This set is to die for. It is great for those with a mane of curls that need some moisture and hydration, chocka full of glorious ingredients for the best hair care.

Shaving sets

Babyliss for men 3 in 1 hygienic trimmer Β – This Babyliss 3 in 1 trimmer is a great little gift for your gents gift boxes. It’s useful, thoughtful and is one less necessity to buy themselves and answers their shaving prayers!

Estrid shaver started kit or subscriptionΒ Β – This company is the most incredible discovery this year for me and so many people globally. They are a company who want more than just people to buy their product. They want to change the way shaving feels for everyone. Their mission is to help their customers take back the power of they body hair, whether that means growing it out or being clean shaven. Estrid shavers and subscriptions are super affordable, great quality and have excellent results. I bought my first Estrid this year and I am obsessed and now feel set for life. It gives shaving a new and exciting experience! I have actually bought the starter kit for my mum and cannot wait to give it to her for Christmas.

Β

Have you decided on some Hair care gifts for your loved ones? If so, did these ideas help? I’d love to know any Hair products you love as gifts. Thank you for reading.

Stay wonderful!

Here is my unboxing of my first Pause subscription box in April!

April was all about reading and finding calm through reading. In order to embrace pausing though reading, this month included a task where we make Pompom book marks.

With green yarn it was lovely to follow the guide and find calm whilst making a little pompom bookmark.
