As all who know me will say, I take great pride in gift wrapping and overall thought. I love buying gifts for others and I love being creative with the way I present them. I will always take good care when wrapping, using ribbons, string, stickers, candy canes and decorative accessories. I absolutely love giving. Buying people gifts brings me so much joy. I find solace in immersing myself in creative gift wrapping as it gets my thinking about pretty things, making others happy and really gets me into the festive spirit. There is nothing more festive than wrapping presents whilst having a Christmas film on and a homemade rich hot chocolate next to you!

Adding some thought to your gift wrap!
Something I love to do is personalise my recipients gifts by writing little notes on them with hints to the gift or how it can be part of their lives. So as you can see here I included a gift for ‘a little bit of self love’. This was a little add on to make the person smile and look forward to what’s inside. It also shows how much thought goes into even the simplest of gifts. I like to create hampers as such as it’s so warming, thoughtful and fun!
Wonderful touches!
I absolutely love adding a personal touch to my gifts by putting some homemade pompoms and such in the gift box or bag along with some pretty tissue wrap to make it even nicer to look at!
Another little touch I add which I may be called weird for is… perfume! I sometimes if necessary and possible spray my gifts before wrapping them so that when they open them they will smell gorgeous! It’s just something I started doing one day and have carried on hehe!
Gifting homemade goodies!
Each year I made a tonne of goodies and wrap them up for people. These little boxes below are actually homemade treats I made last year and took up to my local news agents and nail shop. They were so grateful and I just love making others happy!
Simplistic gift wrap
Gift wrapping is so much fun and is so versatile to each individuals liking and time. For those who aren’t into wrapping, you can make a gift lovely by simply just choosing some great wrapping paper and tags. If you’re like me and love making the gifts pop and look fab, look at the little selection! I love using many different types, colours and patterns of string and some bows to add on top. I will also include some candy canes too sometimes or gift toppers like mini baubles. The creative side is endless!
